• That the institution be affiliated with the reference for the consideration of the Labor and Reconciliation Inspection or the territorially competent local unit
• The applicant must file a complaint directly with the territorially competent Labor and Reconciliation Inspection.
• The necessity of making a conciliatory effort between the two parties to the dispute.
• Righteous endeavors failed.
• Agreement between the parties to the dispute to terminate the employment relationship by mutual consent.

Within a period not exceeding one year from the date of termination of the employment relationship between the employer and the lessor

1. Submitting a labor suit to the territorially competent labor inspection services
2. summoning the parties to the dispute to make a conciliatory attempt
3. Failed endeavours
4. Agreement between the parties to the dispute to terminate the employment relationship by mutual consent.
