Terms of use:
- The applicant for the service should have the status of both the renter and the lessor
- That the institution be affiliated with the reference for the consideration of the Labor and Reconciliation Inspection or the territorially competent local unit
- The applicant must file a complaint directly with the territorially competent Labor and Reconciliation Inspection.
- The necessity of making a conciliatory effort between the two parties to the dispute.
- Righteous endeavors failed.
- Agreement between the parties to the dispute to terminate the employment relationship by mutual consent.
