Terms of use:

  • The applicant for the service should have the status of both the renter and the lessor
  • That the institution be affiliated with the reference for the consideration of the Labor and Reconciliation Inspection or the territorially competent local unit
  • The applicant must file a complaint directly with the territorially competent Labor and Reconciliation Inspection.
  • The necessity of making a conciliatory effort between the two parties to the dispute.
  • Righteous endeavors failed.
  • Agreement between the parties to the dispute to terminate the employment relationship by mutual consent.
