The applicant should act as an employee and employer at the same time The applicant must lodge a complaint directly with the territorial competent Labor inspection and Reconciliation

Within a period not exceeding one year from the date of ending Employment Relationship between the employee and the employer

  1. File a complaint with the territorial competent labor inspection Unit
  2. Convocation of the dispute parties as an attempt for conciliation
  3. Failure of reconciliation efforts
