Procedures
- Verification of supporting documents related to the request
- Consultation of trade union organizations
- Implementing a field survey, if necessary.
Notes
- Working overtime could extend more than sixty hours per week.
- The permission could be withdrawn if it is not for the granted purpose
Privileges
These hours are remunerated by reference to the basic hourly salary increased according to the following rates:
- For the full‐time working system of 48 hours per week: 75%;
- For full‐time working systems of less than 48 hours per week: 25% up to 48 hours and 50% beyond this duration
- For part‐time work schemes: 50%
